Wall mounted eye wash features 12" stainless steel bowl with powder coated cast aluminum wall bracket. Never lose dust covers again! Spray head assembly has two Gentle Spray outlet heads with "flip-top" dust covers mounted on chrome plated brass supply arms. Eye wash is activated by a 1/2" IPS chrome plated brass stay-open ball valve with cast aluminum flag handle. Activating eye wash valve also opens stainless steel bowl cover, which covers the entire bowl while not in use. Stainless steel bowl acts like a sink to drain water away. Unit meets ANSI Z358.1 standard as primary eye wash. Fully factory assembled and water tested. Complete with ANSI compliant identification sign.
APPLICATION:Â Eyewash for wall mounting. Unit has stainless steel cover to protect bowl from dust, dirt and other contaminants. Two GS-Plus spray-type spray heads deliver a flood of water for rinsing eyes.

VALVE:Â 1/2" IPS chrome plated brass stay-open ball valve. Valve is US-made with chrome plated brass ball and Teflon seals.
BOWL:Â 11 1/2" stainless steel with bowl cover. Cover is raised automatically when flag handle is activated. Cover closes when handle is returned to closed position.
MOUNTING:Â Heavy duty cast aluminum wall bracket with powder coated finish.
SUPPLY:Â 1/2" NPT female inlet.
WASTE:Â 1 1/4" NPT female outlet.
SIGN:Â ANSI-compliant identification sign.
