ORDERS
• What are my payment choices?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Purchase Orders. If you are a business and are interested in setting up an open account, please email us at Sales@EyewashDirect.com.
• When will my order ship?
Please refer to the lead time provided on your product's description for an estimated shipping timeframe. You will also be emailed when your order ships. Tracking information will also be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
When viewing your order you'll be able to see the scheduled ship date for each product in your order. If your order has shipped already, the tracking # and carrier information will be provided.
If you did not create an account at checkout, order status requests can be sent to Sales@EyewashDirect.com.
• How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can use that number to get the most accurate delivery information available.
• How do I return my product?
Please refer to our Shipping and Returns page for instructions on how to return your products.
• Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sustainable Supply LLC DBA EyewashDirect.com charges sales taxes on shipments to the states where the company has physical or economic nexus unless an approved sales tax exemption certificate is provided prior to purchase. Buyers are responsible for the payment of all applicable sales taxes for shipments to all other states and territories. Buyers shall reimburse any taxes imposed upon sales or shipments unless Sustainable Supply LLC receives an acceptable tax exemption certificate prior to purchase or collects the sales tax on your behalf.
• My order never arrived.
Your order might have been delayed in transit. You will receive a shipping confirmation when an item, or items, ship. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email to verify that your order did ship. If the order shipped and a tracking number is available, please use the tracking number to determine the delivery status of the order. If the order is lost, please email our support team at Sales@EyewashDirect.com for further assistance.
• An item is missing from my shipment.
It is possible that your order will be delivered in multiple shipments. You will receive a shipping confirmation when an item, or items, ship. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email to verify that your missing item did ship. If the item shipped but was not received, please email our support team at Sales@EyewashDirect.com for further assistance.
• My order is missing parts.
It is possible that your order will be delivered in multiple shipments. You will receive a shipping confirmation when an item, or items, ship. • I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact our Customer Service Team within 72-hours of receiving the product.
• When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are sometimes unable to predict when they will have more in stock. If your item is on backorder, please contact our Support Team at Sales@EyewashDirect.com for your up to date order status.
• When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 48-hours after your order is received.
• I have a question on my charges.
Click the "Login/My Account" link at the top right-hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please open a Case in the My Account section of our website.
• I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click the "Login/My Account" link at the top right-hand side of our site to view and print copies of all your sales orders.

At this time we only ship to the lower 48 continental United States.
